Below are the key responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of internal accounting and financial systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, billing, time tracking, expense management).
- Conduct discovery sessions with internal teams and clients to understand workflow needs and tailor system configurations accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end system implementations for clients, including data migration, system setup, testing, and go-live support.
- Design scalable onboarding processes for new clients adopting firm-recommended platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Gusto, etc.).
- Develop and deliver client training programs and resources (live sessions, documentation, video walkthroughs).
- Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams during implementation and troubleshooting phases.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration of tools into day-to-day workflows.
- Establish best practices, SOPs, and QA protocols for ongoing system use and client support.
- Monitor tech stack performance and recommend enhancements based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
- Stay current on accounting technology trends and make strategic recommendations for both internal and client-facing improvements.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, system implementation, or accounting tech consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Xero, etc.) and ERP systems.
- Experience building financial dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or within ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles, workflows, and month-end close processes.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and client-facing implementations.
- Excellent communication and training skills, especially with non-technical users.
