Hiring- Full Stack Developer
Experience Level:Mid to Senior Level (+ years)
Work Hours:10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST)
Workdays:Monday to Friday
Work Type:Fully Remote

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with front-end expertise to work directly with our client in building a remote monitoring and management dashboard for cardiac devices from leading manufacturers like Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Biotronik, and Abbott.
This is a unique opportunity to own the product end-to-end — from building sleek UI components to managing robust back-end APIs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) features.
  • Work closely with the CEO/Product Owner to translate requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
  • Optimise application for maximum speed and performance across devices.
  • Ensure high-quality code, automated testing, and adherence to modern development best practices.
  • Contribute to technical architecture & decision-making as the team grows.
  • Work hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Work directly with the CEO/Product Owner and collaborate across teams.
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of full product modules.
  • Opportunity to lead and mentor developers as the team expands.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
  • 5-10+ years of full-stack development experience (HealthTech experience is a BIG PLUS).
  • Proven track record of building end-to-end applications (front-end + back-end).
  • Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures.
Front-End Development (Strong Focus):
  • React.js (MANDATORY) – building reusable components, responsive layouts, and optimised front-end performance.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with state management (Redux or Context API).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and integrating with APIs/GraphQL.
Back-End Development:
  • Node.js & Express.js (Expert level) – API design, microservices, authentication, and integration.
  • GraphQL experience is highly desirable.
Database & Cloud:
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud (deployment, automation, CI/CD).
DevOps & Architecture:
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerisation is a plus).
  • Ability to design and maintain scalable, secure architectures.
