Reddit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their ML Ranking Platform, powering personalized feeds. The role involves designing and implementing scalable ranking systems, mentoring teams, and driving technical decision-making. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a software engineer developing backend ML systems
  • Experience with building large-scale distributed systems and data intensive applications
  • Experience with developing and improving MLOps tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • BS degree in Computer Science or similar
