Reddit is a community of communities that empowers developers to create engaging interactive experiences. The Developer Platform team is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead projects from ideation to production and collaborate with a cross-functional team to solve hard problems.

Requirements

  • Lead projects from concept to production
  • Identify opportunities to enhance ranking capabilities
  • Design and develop applied machine learning models
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and backend software engineers
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments
  • Stay updated on state-of-the-art algorithmic techniques
