About our Venture Model

Build your own company together with a venture fund

We are a venture fund and venture builder, co-creating new companies together with experienced founders.

This is not a traditional job application. This is an open call for founders who:

  • already have a strong idea,

  • are shaping a clear thesis,

  • or are looking for the right partner to build a company from zero.

Our model is simple:

Opportunity to co-found a new company together with a venture fund that becomes a strategic shareholder and long-term partner, providing initial funding in exchange for founder equity, venture building support, and reduced early-stage risk.

What co-creating a company with us really means

By building a company together with our venture fund, you gain:

Initial funding in exchange for equity

We provide pre-seed capital from day one to:

  • validate your idea,

  • build the MVP,

  • reach early Product–Market Fit,

  • start sales

  • and prepare the company for further investment rounds.

You do not need to raise capital before you can start building.

We do not only invest capital. We become an active co-founder and long-term shareholder, supporting you in:
