About Red Sky
We are Red Sky, a startup studio that has been passionately creating and developing technology products with a global reach since 2006. Based in Szczecin, Poland, we've grown into one of the largest Polish startup studios, and our creations now touch the lives of over 150 million users monthly across the globe. We are a key part of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund, a venture capital and venture building fund, which allows us to combine our extensive experience with a deep understanding of new technologies and the know-how of our investment partners. Our core mission is venture building – we take ideas from their initial spark, guide them through the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage, and ultimately launch them as new, thriving startups on the international market.
Our journey has been marked by significant milestones, including being the first company in Poland to sell a startup to Intel – a testament to our innovative approach and the quality of the ventures we build. This particular success story, RemoteMyApp, a company in the gaming industry offering streaming technology and cloud gaming platforms, highlights our capability to nurture ideas into globally recognized enterprises. We pride ourselves on our ability to identify and support promising ideas, not just with financial backing, but crucially, with in-depth expert support. Our dedicated teams of programmers, designers, project managers, HR specialists, administrative staff, and marketing experts are all geared towards developing and supporting high-potential startups. We believe that even the most brilliant business idea needs the right team of experts behind it to truly succeed, and a significant part of our focus is on recruiting top talent. Many of our team members have been with us since our early days, fostering a culture of independence and a strong sense of community. We embrace diversity and offer a flexible working environment, with some of our team, including our COO, working as digital nomads from thousands of kilometers away.
