Agent Experience Associate - Canada

Work Schedule: MON, TUES, WED (Consistent Shift): 1pm - 10pm EST and SAT, SUN (Weekend Shift): 10am - 7pm EST, with THU and FRI being off.

Job Summary:

The Agent Experience Associate serves as an intermediary and collaborator between agents and other specialty departments and teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answers questions that are submitted to the support team by Real Estate Agents

• Work collectively with other Agent Experience Associates to timely answer all other tickets and emails that are received by real estate agents and help the agents achieve positive business outcomes via software and services offered by Real

• Escalate tickets to other departments such as Onboarding, Marketing, MLS, and Developers as necessary

• Conduct remote (zoom/google meet) product and program training and meetings with agents as needed

• Work proactively to identify agent needs and work with team and manager to develop solutions to continuously improve the agent's experience when interacting with the Real platform and app

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Real passion for serving agents trying to grow their businesses

• The ability to establish credibility with key agent decision-makers and influencers

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; quickly formulates solutions that deliver real business value

• A keen eye for detail

• Ability to recognize and maximize new business opportunities

• Multi-tasking down to a science; handling multiple accounts and assignments simultaneously

• Interest in new software and cutting-edge programs in the larger real estate landscape

Education and Experience:

• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred

• 2-4 years of previous experience in agent customer service, client success, or client relationship management

• Minimum 1 year of Real Estate industry experience as an agent assistant, transaction coordinator, or conveyancer and have a strong understanding of the canadian real estate transaction process.

• The ability to quickly learn and understand complex real estate concepts is a must

• Experience with customer service systems such as Zendesk preferred

• Experience with Google Suite preferred

• Technically savvy with an ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly is a must
