The Role:
We are searching for a generalist; entrepreneurial and has strong interpersonal skills. The chosen candidate will be working with a venture capital funded start-upwhich supports the robotization of the Service industry. With a focus on robots for rent in full service in the cleaning industry. The product is a holistic solution which involves operational work planning, personnel training, maintenance & repair, as well as proprietary software solutions.
This is a dynamic, customer-focused and entrepreneurial role. You will be working closely with the Founders– depending on performance and interpersonal relationships, this is a big opportunity to advance into a role in key account management.
Responsibilities:
Support in the successful establishment of the necessary organizational structures and processes (CRM, meeting structure, reporting KPIs), as well as creation of relevant sales materials.
Generate new sales accounts and takeover of existing accounts with clear, realistic and transparent sales goals
Train, supervise and coach other new members
Support scaling sales processes in a growth environment
Requirements:
An ideal candidate is generalist, entrepreneurial and has strong skills
interpersonal skills.
Experience in B2B sales of at least 2 years with a good track record
BSc. or MSc. Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, etc.
Experience with professional CRM (e.g. Pipedrive)
