Location: Remote/WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation, ensuring a fanatical experience for all future Rackers.
- Build a network and strong talent pipelines to support a wide variety of technical requirements across Public and Private Cloud.
- Establish and maintain productive partnerships with business partners, advising and educating hiring teams on talent acquisition best practices.
- Maintain quality data, detailing records of candidate interactions and progress via ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools.
- Manage cross functional stakeholders to yield success through predictable results, that earns credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably a combination of agency, CSP, GSI, and/or consulting experience for roles across different cloud platforms, architectures, and technologies.
- Technical sourcing champion who thrives in a customer first and data driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and technical business acumen.
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations.
- Results/solution orientated, able to solve recruiting challenges and manage a medium-volume, yet highly complex workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Lever and/or Workday a plus but not required.
