  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure seamless, secure, and high-performance data integrations.
  • Drive the development of new AI-enabled features that enhance frontline productivity, predictive insights, and decision-making.
  • Define metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools that create real-time visibility into operations for frontline teams and leadership.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure go-to-market readiness and support customer adoption.
  • Monitor trends in AI, industrial software, and connected workforce technologies to keep Redzone ahead of the curve.

  • Proven success in leading integration strategy and execution with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, GE Proficy, Ignition, Workday, and Kronos.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in industrial settings, with experience bringing AI-powered features to market.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a mix of strategic vision and executional detail.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to inspire teams and customers alike
  • Experience working with global teams and enterprise customers, ideally in manufacturing or industrial verticals.

Why Redzone

  • Join a category-defining company with massive market opportunity.
  • Help shape the future of work for millions of frontline workers.
  • Work with a passionate, mission-driven team that loves solving real problems.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, plus the flexibility of a remote-friendly culture.
