Principal Program Manager - Remote

The Principal Program Manager - Enterprise Transformation, reporting to the AVP of Transformation Program Strategy, is responsible for imagining what it will take to continually pursue the PHP vision and facilitate the methodologies and processes to achieve success.
At a specific level, the Principal is an individual contributor responsible for:
● supporting executive leaders in establishing an adaptive strategic plan and framework to establish the 'north star', anchor decision making, and drive results.
● supporting corporate-level governance and cross-functional processes and forums for efficiency and effectiveness of transformational activities.
● managing the transformation agenda, transformation initiative roadmaps, cross-enterprise teams supporting initiatives, and executing successful delivery of transformational projects through the planning, execution and closure phases.
The successful candidate is expected to be a visionary individual contributor and leader, who provides thought leadership to the Enterprise Transformation team, functional areas, strategic partners, and vendors throughout the end-to-end transformational process. This position relies on a matrix of executives and function leaders that serve as project sponsors and business owners. Thus, the successful candidate must quickly form strategic relationships with key executives and individual contributors across the organization, bringing the right capabilities togethers to enable alignment, and realize expansion, growth, and value.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Any relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 3 years of experience impacting the healthcare experience for members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field or equivalent education/experience.
- Coursework/Training: Completion of advanced-level educational program in business process improvement, project management, change and transition management or equivalent education/experience.
- 3 years of experience in organization transformation.
- 7 years of experience working in or with an integrated health system; legal experience; financial accounting; change and transition management; professional consulting experience
