Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with the sales team to achieve our growth goals and marketing objectives in the Nordics and Netherlands region.
• Defining the Nordics and Netherlands marketing budget allocation and strategy, working with the Marketing Director and the functional marketing team (digital, content, operations, etc).
• Recommending strategies, channels and tactics to implement in the Nordic and Netherlands marketing plan.
• Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tactics, such as email marketing, social media, events and webinars.
• Analysing market trends and competitor landscape in the Nordics and Netherlands region.
• Developing a clear understanding of the business goals for Nordics and Netherlands and delivering on the relevant marketing KPIs.
• Leveraging corporate and Europe-wide marketing content and adapting as needed to better serve the Nordics and Netherlands market.
• Evaluating productivity and ROI of marketing strategies for the Nordics and Netherlands market.

Requirements

Ideal candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch, Danish or Norwegian (native or bilingual proficiency) and English. An additional European language would be beneficial but not essential.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a marketer.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and events best practices.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills – written and oral.
• Great attention to visual details and brand identity requirements/ guidelines.
• Teamwork, adaptability and flexibility to deal with multiple priorities and projects.
• Good time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience within a B2B setting is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools and software.
