What We’re Looking For
Our US client, a lifestyle media brand dedicated to inspiring well-being across mind, body, and spirit, is seeking a Video Editor to support their growing content needs—primarily across paid social and podcast video content. This role is essential for transforming long-form material into engaging, short-form videos that align with brand standards and perform well on digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Edit UGC-style videos for paid social campaigns, with a focus on high volume and efficiency.
- Condense long-form podcast recordings into short-form clips suitable for social media.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all assets.
- Maintain a smooth workflow with minimal briefing by understanding brand tone and creative goals.
- Organize and manage video assets for quick turnaround and reuse.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing for social media, especially short-form and UGC-style content.
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver 4–5 edited videos per day.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm.
- Self-sufficient, organized, and able to adapt to minimal-brief environments.
Nice to have
- Experience editing podcast video content.
- Familiarity with performance-focused creative for paid ads.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or subtitles for social clips.
