Our Central Division plays a vital role in ensuring that our operational and administrative functions are delivered efficiently, enabling us to maintain the highest standards of care across our organisation.

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director, you will be accountable for the Talent Attraction team at Priory. You will lead a team of 6 to attract top talent into specialist roles such as Nursing, Therapy and Psychiatry.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with a preferred start date of Monday 1st December. This role is based remotely but will require occasional travel to our Head Office in Leicester and other sites as and when needed.

What you'll be doing

The Talent Attraction team was newly set up about a year ago with a remit to focus on Direct Sourcing and raising our Employer Brand for key roles across Priory. The team have had an excellent first year but we are still early in our journey. We are looking for someone who can continue to support the team and continue to evolve the function to become a Centre of Expertise in Direct Hiring, Attraction and Brand. We have high ambitions for this team and we are aiming for a world class function - we’d like you be part of shaping that!

Key areas of focus:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Maintain low agency use across specialist hires; overseeing direct sourcing strategies to ensure quality talent is bought into the business directly and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Talent Partnering team on priority vacancies, projects and key sites as well as ways of working to ensure collaboration
  • Deliver branded attraction campaigns to support raising the profile of Priory as an Employer of Choice
  • Analyse and report on Talent Attraction metrics, identifying trends and utilising these to support continuous improvement
  • Partner with third parties to deliver a best in class candidate experience through Technology, Brand and Best Practice

What you'll bring to the role

First and foremost, it’s really important that you bring significant team leadership experience within Talent Acquisition. We also need someone with proven team development, coaching and mentoring experience. You will be able to evidence a strong background in developing high performing teams that have delivered commercial value to organisations and an exceptional candidate experience.
We’re looking for curious individuals who always strive for more – someone who thrives in taking things and making them the best they can be.
You will have prior success in leading direct sourcing teams for professional and specialist roles. You’ll be adept at recruitment marketing and employer branding - leading innovative approaches to Talent Attraction.

Experience of working in Healthcare would be advantageous but strength in team leadership, direct sourcing and employer branding is our priority.

What we will give you in return

We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role. You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.
