We are Prime Coalition, a nonprofit organization on a mission to unlock catalytic capital and change the future of climate finance. Since our founding in 2014, we've been driven by a vision of a world where humanity thrives, free from the threat of climate change. We recognize the urgency of this global crisis; the reality is that a child born today will face significantly more extreme climate events than previous generations. This challenge is daunting, but we find hope in collective action and the power of community. We believe every organization, nation, and individual has a vital role in forging a future where people, planet, and progress coexist harmoniously.

At Prime, we're proud to be part of an intergenerational movement that prioritizes profound and lasting impact. Our approach centers on collective, long-term thinking. We support the people, programs, and innovations that can spark, deepen, or accelerate emerging climate solutions—solutions with the potential to transform our world in the decades to come. In the spirit of additionality, we strive to fill critical gaps and enable outcomes that would be unlikely without our catalytic support. The Prime family, which includes Prime Coalition and our affiliated organizations, aggregates and channels catalytic capital towards deeply impactful climate ventures and projects. We focus on those initiatives we believe have the power to create significant, long-lasting change but might struggle to secure sufficient support independently, especially when time horizons are long or perceived risks are high. We are relentlessly serious about impact and are committed to fostering a collaborative community dedicated to improving the assessment of new technologies' potential for deep, positive change. Justice is also becoming a key part of our organizational DNA, influencing how we think about and work to achieve impact, ensuring that the transition to a sustainable future is equitable for all.
