As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Account Based Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, field, and sales operations, ensuring successful execution of highly targeted events and marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with our Director of Field Marketing and ABM in ensuring proper execution of all campaigns to maximize brand awareness and ROI. This person will be a key player in supporting PolyAI’s marketing activities and field events. This role will focus on event coordination, campaign execution, logistics management, and account strategy. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of virtual and in-person events, while also contributing to marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented, able to multitask while working on a variety of events/projects, and comfortable working closely with sales executives. The candidate will be involved in several aspects of event logistics. This includes supporting and enhancing the overall results of event objectives, researching thought leadership opportunities, generating buzz around prospects at events, and coordinating scheduling, servicing, and shipments. Up to 25% of travel might be required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and maintaining event checklists and deliverables for events
  • Organize and coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications with speakers, attendees, and partners
  • Work with the Director of Field Marketing/ABM and sales to manage attendee lists, invitations, and follow-ups for events
  • Organizing social media schedules for event and webinar promotions
  • Shipping all event materials to shows and setting up booths on-site
  • Researching new industry trends and events to participate in that align with PolyAI’s overall company strategy, including thought leadership opportunities
  • Collaborate with the events team on event ideas and requirements
  • Assist with data input, reporting, and analytics
  • Use CRM and other marketing tools to register, monitor, and track each campaign
  • Ad-hoc tasks requested by our marketing team, such as but not limited to sales enablement, content, reporting, marketing automation and email management
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment of marketing strategies
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of meetings, briefings, and internal communications related to events and campaigns
  • Assist in planning and executing hyper-targeted field programs tailored for key accounts, including direct mail campaigns, micro-sites, custom playbooks, roadshows, CAB, etc

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with G-Suite

We’d love it if you have:

  • 2-4 years of event marketing and/or event coordinating experience at trade shows or large-scale virtual events
  • Knowledge of G-suite, Asana, CRM knowledge, Hubspot
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS industry

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + bonus + equity
