Frontend Mobile Engineer

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you'll take charge of the user-facing heart of our platform and you will be responsible for our mobile experience, ensuring that our React Native application is performant, intuitive, and rock-solid.

This is a high-impact role: our mobile app is the primary touchpoint for our users. You won’t just be building UI components; you’ll be architecting mobile solutions that bridge the gap between complex backend logic and a seamless user journey. While mobile is your main stage, you’ll also ensure our web presence remains consistent and reliable as we grow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Mobile-First Development: Take ownership of our React Native mobile application, designing and implementing new features that provide a high-quality experience on both iOS and Android.
• Clean & Scalable Frontend: Architect reusable component libraries and state management patterns that keep our codebase clean, maintainable, and easy to scale.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive debugging and performance tuning to ensure fast load times and efficient data handling.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with Backend Engineers to define API contracts and with Product Designers to turn wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
• Quality & Stability: Lead the testing strategy for the frontend (unit, integration, and E2E) and manage the mobile release cycle (App Store/Play Store).
• Technical Mentorship: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, share knowledge with the team, and help define frontend best practices and standards.

🌟 You’re a match- What we're looking for:

• Proven Frontend Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience building production-grade applications, with a strong focus on the React ecosystem.
• Mobile Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with React Native. You understand the nuances of bridge communication, native modules, and mobile-specific performance bottlenecks.
• The "UX Mindset": You don't just follow a Figma file; you care about animations, layout shifts, and building interfaces that feel "native" and responsive.
• Testing Advocate: Experience with automated testing for mobile and web. You believe that "it works on my machine" isn't enough.
• Operational Savvy: Familiarity with the mobile deployment pipeline (App Store Connect, Google Play Console) and monitoring tools like Sentry.
• Growth Mindset: You are curious, proactive, and enjoy solving the unique challenges that come with cross-platform development.
