As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a key technical consultant and enabler for our customers and partners, helping them successfully adopt and scale Pliant's platform. You will work with an ambitious team of Solutions Engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver smooth onboarding, strong integrations, and high-quality technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering/architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong technical experience with APIs and integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks, authentication concepts like OAuth/API keys, Postman/cURL).
- Comfortable with one programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java) to build lightweight prototypes, integration validation, and test workarounds with REST APIs.
- Strong communication skills across demos, solution design, and technical enablement with both engineers and business stakeholders.
- High-ownership, service-oriented mindset, comfortable driving end-to-end solutions, unblocking others, and systematizing learnings into repeatable assets.
- Experience building repeatable processes (intake, triage, enablement assets) to scale our services across many stakeholders.
- Experience owning complex customer/partner integrations end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving timelines to completion.
