You'll partner with creative, marketing and product leaders across the company to help us tell our story within our platform in the most impactful and inspiring way.

This is an exciting role to scale the way we brand and market some of our most impactful and buzz-worthy product launches and features. • Be a close strategic creative partner to cross-functional partners (Marketing, Creative, Insights, Analytics, Product Design and Engineering) to deliver outstanding creative work for global audiences.
  • Compellingly represent the thinking behind your team’s work and engage in related strategic discussion + decision-making with key stakeholders, creative directors and team members.
  • Maintain and manage consistency of our brand design and brand voice across in-product marketing.
  • Leverage data and creative insights to optimize + determine ways to improve strategy, messaging and overall creative solutions.
  • Craft compelling stories, using key insights to “sell” concepts and make our message as powerful and influential as possible.
  • Partner with campaign creative teams to bridge in-product and global off-platform initiatives.
  • Oversee team resourcing and work closely with producer partners to manage project timelines.
  • Create an inclusive environment where people can do their best work possible.

  • An inspired leader who sees the bigger picture, but also delights in doing the work. An accomplished manager who can toggle effortlessly to acting as an IC.
  • Someone who thinks at a systems level, foreseeing how the work both fits within the larger product experience and how it can scale to surround-sound marketing initiatives.
  • An expert collaborator: A creative with deep experience working with writing partners to develop concepts, through to execution.
  • A long track record of working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a lightning-fast environment.
  • A paragon of craft, composition, typography, art direction and color. Attention to design details is legendary.
