Our client is a multi-state ambulatory surgery center specializing in pediatric and special needs dentistry under general anesthesia. Their mission is to provide safe, compassionate, and efficient surgical care while creating a supportive environment for patients, families, and staff. To ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, we are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join their growing team.

About the Role

The US Healthcare Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in managing priorities, coordinating communication, and ensuring operational efficiency. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and oversee travel Arrangements.

  • Draft and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.

  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, providers, and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with special projects across operations, HR, compliance, and finance.

  • Track audit accuracy and process compliance regularly

  • Organize board meetings, leadership retreats, and company events; manage agendas, logistics, and documentation.

  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information, including contracts and personnel records.

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within healthcare, dental, or a multi-site organization.

  • Healthcare regulatory experience is required.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.

  • Proficient in using data analysis to support audit accuracy and process compliance monitoring.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management or HR software.

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Must be comfortable making decisions without constant supervision

  • Has extreme ownership and a self-starter who embraces challenges beyond strict job descriptions
