To ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, we are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join their growing team.
About the Role
The US Healthcare Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in managing priorities, coordinating communication, and ensuring operational efficiency. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
What You’ll Do
Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and oversee travel Arrangements.
Draft and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, providers, and external stakeholders.
Assist with special projects across operations, HR, compliance, and finance.
Track audit accuracy and process compliance regularly
Organize board meetings, leadership retreats, and company events; manage agendas, logistics, and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information, including contracts and personnel records.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

Requirements
What You Bring
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within healthcare, dental, or a multi-site organization.
Healthcare regulatory experience is required.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Proficient in using data analysis to support audit accuracy and process compliance monitoring.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management or HR software.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Must be comfortable making decisions without constant supervision
Has extreme ownership and a self-starter who embraces challenges beyond strict job descriptions
