We are hiring an Outbound Performance & Client Success Lead to take full ownership of client results inside a fast-growing outbound agency. You will manage 20–30 active accounts and make sure their cold email campaigns are running properly, delivering results, and continuously improving.
Requirements
- Experience managing client accounts inside a cold email or outbound agency.
- Strong understanding of deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation basics.
- Hands-on experience improving underperforming outbound campaigns.
- Ability to write and optimize cold email copy.
- Comfort using outbound tools, automation platforms, and data dashboards.
- Practical use of AI tools to improve workflow and campaign performance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear and professional English communication skills.
- Availability during U.S. time zone overlap.
