We're hiring a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce and live selling business operating across platforms like TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot. This role is focused on helping grow the founder’s personal brand, supporting community growth initiatives, coordinating social media content, and maintaining organized marketing workflows across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain structured content calendars across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Coordinate content scheduling and ensure posts are published consistently and on time
- Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize visibility and engagement
- Track engagement and content performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Research content trends, hooks, and topics relevant to audience growth and creator branding
- Support growth initiatives for the Live Seller Community and educational platform
- Help attract and engage new members, creators, and sellers
- Research potential creators, collaborators, and community opportunities
- Assist with marketing funnels designed to convert followers into community members
- Monitor community engagement and identify opportunities to improve participation and retention
- Respond to customer and community inquiries via chat and email across platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, and Kajabi
- Maintain timely, professional, and helpful communication with community members and customers
- Track recurring questions and support requests to improve workflows and documentation
- Assist with scheduling livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live and Whatnot
- Maintain organized livestream schedules and operational coordination using tools such as Homebase
- Support logistics and coordination for livestream selling sessions and creator activities
- Coordinate podcast scheduling and follow-up communication
- Support inventory and operational tracking related to e-commerce platforms
- Maintain organized internal records, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Assist with ongoing marketing initiatives and operational support tasks
- Document recurring workflows and processes into SOPs and checklists
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and execution
- Research tools and systems that can help automate repetitive workflows
