Requirements
- Experience leading client operations, account ownership, and delivery operations inside fast-growing startups or agencies.
- Strong background in cold email, lead generation, outbound operations.
- Hands-on expertise with deliverability, inbox placement, domain warm-up, campaign optimization, and cold email copywriting.
- Ability to personally troubleshoot campaigns without relying entirely on technical teams.
- Strong understanding of APIs, automations, workflows, and operational systems.
- Daily practical use of ChatGPT, Claude, and AI workflow tools.
