Requirements
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Virtual Assistant
- Strong experience supporting executives, teams, or operational workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination
- High proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-through ability
- Comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments with minimal supervision
