We’re hiring a detail-oriented and process-driven Contracts Administrator to manage the complete contract lifecycle β€” from intake and drafting through execution, renewals, compliance tracking, and reporting.

This role is critical to ensuring agreements move quickly, accurately, and compliantly across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Security, and Executive teams.

  • Manage contracts from:

Contract Drafting, Review & Redlining

  • Draft and manage:

    • Vendor Agreements
    • Order Forms
    • Partner/Reseller Agreements
  • Redline agreements using:
    • Microsoft Word Track Changes
  • Escalate non-standard legal risks involving:
    • indemnification
    • limitation of liability
    • IP ownership
    • data privacy/security
    • termination clauses
    • SLA deviations
  • Maintain detailed:
    • deviations logs
    • approval records
    • contract history

Approvals & Governance

  • Coordinate approvals across:
    • Legal
    • Finance
    • Procurement

  • Ensure:
    • commercial terms align with pricing
    • vendor onboarding documentation is complete

  • Verify supporting documents such as:
