Project Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

Our client is a fast-moving packaging company supporting modern DTC brands. They are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role that bridges communication between clients, operations, and partner factories to ensure smooth production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging/shipping solutions.
• Set clear expectations on pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collect feedback to improve client experience.

Project & Order Management

• Own and manage project timelines from sampling to final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and factories to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor quality control processes and escalate issues when needed.

Quotations & Reporting

• Prepare and update quotations, documents, and project trackers.
• Track margin opportunities and monitor client profitability.
• Maintain reporting dashboards (Lark) to ensure accurate, up-to-date records.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with Logistics, Social Media, and Factory teams.
• Translate client briefs into actionable supplier steps.
• Attend internal meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment.

Email & Communication Management

• Manage and prioritize communication with clients and suppliers.
• Keep project documentation organized and updated in Lark or other systems.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and systems.
• Business acumen and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with supply chain, logistics, or DTC/e-commerce brands (preferred).
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
