We're looking for an Influencer Coordinator who will support the Director of Influencers in executing the day-to-day operations of our creator partnership program.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, DTC operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with influencer whitelisting workflows across Meta (Business Manager, partnership ads) and TikTok (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop affiliates).
- Experience using project management tools (Monday.com preferred) to track workflows and maintain organized records.
- Strong written communication skills in English; comfortable corresponding with US-based creators and internal team members.
- Comfortable working with AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and workflow automation.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple creators and timelines simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment and proactively flag issues before they escalate.
- Based in Latin America or the Philippines with the ability to work US Pacific Time business hours.
