Requirements
Your mission- Generate Leads: Utilize LinkedIn social selling and email campaigns to identify and engage potential leads, creating a robust pipeline and waitlist of clients.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO, Kunal Advani, to refine and implement lead generation strategies that resonate with North American companies.
- Process Architecting: Have a direct hand in building and refining our lead generation processes, establishing a benchmark for excellence and efficiency.
- Cultural Contributor: Embrace and contribute to our sales culture of grit, growth, and high performance, helping shape an environment where everyone thrives.
What makes you a perfect fit:
- Prior success as a B2B SDR, particularly with a focus on North American markets.
- A solid understanding of B2B customer acquisition, engagement strategies, and the tech industry's unique landscape.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, and an ability to hunt for and adapt to new tools quickly.
- Comfortable navigating US time zones and fostering connections across cultural divides.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
