We are PacificSource Health Plans, an independent, not-for-profit community health plan that has been serving the Northwest since 1933. Founded by a small group of physicians in Eugene, Oregon, we have grown from those humble beginnings into a comprehensive healthcare organization that puts our members and their communities first.
