The Role

As a Performance Content Editor, you’ll be responsible for creating and refining copy that drives patient engagement and boosts the effectiveness of our digital pathways. Your writing will support users across key health milestones — from initial onboarding through long-term behaviour change — and directly impact metrics like retention, clinical outcomes, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

You’ll work closely with Clinical Leads, Product Managers, and Designers to turn insights into clear, impactful content. You’ll balance creativity with analytical thinking, continuously improving performance based on data.

Requirements

• Write and edit persuasive, user-focused copy across channels — from app notifications to email campaigns and in-app articles.

• Collaborate across teams to co-create solutions and turn clinical messaging into user-friendly language.

• Convert briefs into clear communication that supports key behaviours and health goals.

• Manage multiple projects at once, working autonomously within agreed scopes and timelines.

• Analyse results, iterate on content, and test performance using A/B testing and KPIs.

• Support continuous improvement of content processes and tools.

About You

• Experience in writing content that drives user action (e.g. in behavioural science, content marketing, or UX writing).

• Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with a flair for persuasive writing and an eye for detail.

• Native-level English, with the ability to write clearly and consistently in Oviva’s tone of voice.

• Confident working with data to inform decisions and content optimisation.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and open to feedback and iteration.

• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and delivering quality work under pressure.

• Deep understanding of user needs in a health context — and a desire to support people on their wellness journey.

• Technically confident and open to using digital tools and AI-powered platforms.
