Our Home’s Corporate Development team partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive corporate and strategic initiatives. We source, evaluate, execute and integrate M&A and strategic partnership opportunities.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, the responsibilities of the Transformation Analyst include program management of strategic projects in support of our end-to-end M&A process with special focus on post close integrations. The right candidate has proven skills in program management and strategic assessment/diligence, along with the critical thinking needed to identify important factors that may never fit in a spreadsheet. The Transformation Analyst will work with key cross-functional partners and must be comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives
- Ensure successful integration of newly acquired companies via development and management of integration plans for M&A transactions
- Manage post-acquisition integration by ensuring that cross-functional teams are all executing on their respective M&A integration plans
- Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives)
- Assist the team in building world-class best practices and infrastructure to keep us running smoothly
- Ensure learnings from projects are incorporated in our Integration Playbooks
- Be accountable for roadmap delivery including adoption and success criteria as defined in collaboration with your stakeholders
- Team up with external & internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and define objectives
- Manage requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and program communication
- Monitor program status, identify issues / risks, succinctly communicate issues, and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of post-undergrad work experience that includes experience in one or combination of: consumer nondurables, strategy/management consulting, private equity, corporate development, or related experience
- BA/BS degree
- Experience delivering exec-level insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- Ability to formulate insights around complex business problems and aptitude for creating structured quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills & executive presence: able to articulately present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment: a highly proactive self-starter
- High aptitude to learn quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail
- Enjoy solving hard problems and can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to drive alignment
