Role Summary
Requirement Gathering:
- Conduct meetings with internal clients to discuss and understand their business needs and requirements related to the product.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure they are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business goals.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business needs into detailed, actionable business requirements and functional specifications for the development team.
- Work closely with product managers to understand and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine feature implementation strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ years of experience in a business analyst role, within Project and Program Management or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements.
- Experience with product roadmap management and feature prioritization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using business analysis and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
