Requirements
- Completed studies in journalism, communications, Germanistik or a comparable discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a editorial leadership role with disciplinary and managerial responsibility
- Demonstrable results in the strategic planning, organization and management of teams and processes
- Very good knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for planning, reporting and controlling
- Confident use of digital tools and new technologies, particularly AI-based applications
- Solid understanding of editorial quality, didactics and learning content
- Analytical, structured and problem-oriented thinking
- High communication skills and empathy
- Strong responsibility and resilience
