We’re seeking a Project Manager to join the growing Blueprint content team. You’ll work collaboratively across Content, eCommerce, and Growth teams to build intake systems that allow us to scale creative output while staying nimble and responsive to the needs of the business.
Every campaign starts with a story, so content is essential to how we approach marketing. You’ll manage the creative queue for copywriters, designers, and producers, creating workback timelines for asset delivery, finding ways to streamline our process and avoid bureaucratic slowdown.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Content to make sure the process is running smoothly as we scale the volume of content we produce into 2026 and beyond.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage creative workflows for content team.
- Manage content portion of product launch and marketing campaign calendars.
- Build and manage a centralized asset library to make archival content easy to access
- Build and manage an efficient approvals process for stakeholder, legal, and scientific review.
- Identify process efficiencies that allow us to increase our output
- Use AI tools to automate processes and find efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of marketing agency or in-house marketing department experience
- Experience working either as a project manager, or integrated marketing manager
- Experience building design and copy workflows for scale
- Experience incorporating AI tools into design workflows.
- Experience with Smartsheets or similar project management software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- Experience managing creative workflows for health and wellness brands
- Experience in nutrition, longevity science, or pharmaceutical industries
