Ideal for someone who is deeply hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable leading complex integrations while mentoring more junior engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, integrations, or platform implementations
- Strong proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL), database management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Proven experience leading technical teams or functions
- Experience designing data platforms used by non-technical users
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of data security, compliance, and governance
- Life sciences / pharma domain experience highly preferred
- Track record of building scalable implementation frameworks
