We are looking for a highly organised individual to assist with the management of our stock levels and ensuring accurate reporting.
You will be responsible for creating functional and accurate data to support the leadership team in their strategic decision making. You will be given the freedom to create your own portfolio of data, driving improvements as you see fit.
We are looking for somebody with a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively problem solve.
We also need you to know your way around spreadsheets based data systems up to and including Google Excel, as you'll primarily be working off these.
Training in other systems will be provided as the team develops.
What you'll do
- Maintenance of the stock Masterlist including working closely with third parties to ensure backorders are kept to a minimum
- Creation maintenance of Interactive Dashboards to analyse trends in ordering patterns across the Field.
- Work under own initiative for Consumable related projects
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders using various platforms
- Providing support to stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
- Log maintain detailed information, create and manage reports
- Be able to work on a multitude of workstreams with challenging timelines
What you'll need
- Solid attention to detail
- Proven experience of knowledge in working with excel and google sheets
- Proficiency in complex formula writing for spreadsheets
- Ideally will have knowledge of logistics processing
- Ideally will have worked with stock management systems
- Experience analysing data

This is a remote role with required travel to Brighton and Slough sites when needed.
