What Youll Be Doing

• Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and meetings across time zones.

• Draft professional correspondence and prepare executive reports.

• Handle confidential records and project coordination.

• Anticipate needs and proactively support leadership.

• Provide high-level administrative support with discretion and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1C2) verbal and written.

• At least 2 years of remote work experience.

• Bachelors degree preferred.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

• Professional home office setup with reliable internet.

Compensation

• $3.00 to $10.00 USD per hour (depending on experience)

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Part-Time 20 hours per week
