We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Development of Dynamics 365 Field Service Module.
• Assess client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification.
• Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
• Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process.
• Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE modules.
• Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API and SSIS.
• Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 as application developer and configurator on Field Service Module
• 5+ years of combined experience as an analyst-developer on various technologies including client /server applications, relational databases, web-based applications and data warehouse applications
• 5+ years depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 application configuration, including customizing
• Must work EST time zone schedule

Other Desired Skills:

• Dynamics using plug-ins and custom workflows
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics application architecture and design
• Proficiency developing applications using standard languages and platforms, including the .NET framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, MVC, t-SQL, Visual Studio 2010+
• Experience with source control mediums such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS)
• Experience using MS SQL Server Reporting Services and MS SQL Server Integration Services

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $86,100 - $179,300. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
