We are currently seeking a MS Dynamics 365 SCM/EDI/MFG Senior Consultant (Remote) to join our team in Kenosha, Wisconsin (US-WI), United States (US).

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead requirements gathering workshops and functional design analysis. Actively engage in fit / gap analysis discussions and be responsible for quality, on-time delivery of your functional area’s deliverables such as To-be business process and functional design documents, system configurations, system tests, solution system walkthroughs, and finalization of solution design.

It is expected that the Senior Functional Consultant possess deep knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O’s Supply Chain Management capabilities and functionalities. Experience in implementing Warehouse Management solutions, EDI, and basic Manufacturing is required. Position is REMOTE, however periodic travel to client site will be required at differing phases of the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with EDI. ​​​​​​
• Experience in Operations deployment.
• Experience in EDI deployment.
• Experience in basic manufacturing deployment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Certification on SCM Module is a must.
• Candidate must be self-driven and able to take charge.
• User training experience.
• Willing to travel as per business requirements.
• Working independently and in teams.
• Knowledge of SPS EDI a plus.

Activities and Responsibilities:

• Functional ERP owner of all supply chain processes including order to cash, procure to pay, inventory management, and production.
• As a Dynamics 365 SUPPLY CHAIN FUNCTIONAL owner, you will be part of team that helps discover and define the problem statements, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations.
• Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, including functional and technical specs, and implement per the plan.
• Responsible for leading tests for integrations related to supply chain and production as well as coordinating with business lead for all testing.
• Support training and knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding solutions that enable our team to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
• Collaborate with business team members to assist in development of new solutions which solve business challenges.
• Functional skills to manage Requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, Integration functional testing, manage/support user acceptance testing, Training, and hyper care support.
• Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements.
• Leads review of all business cases for new features for new Microsoft releases and for internal new requests
• Liaison for business user for new request evaluation and owner of processes related to supply chain teams.
• Lead regression testing for new code releases for all things supply chain, production, and EDI
