DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and an understanding of best practices and effective utilization of the applications. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical support to ensure the effective utilization of Dynamics 365 applications.
This position requires a highly motivated individual, who has an in-depth knowledge of the technical solution and how it is deployed and has excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs, including customization of entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports.
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Manage data migration activities, including data cleansing, transformation, and import/export processes to ensure data integrity within Dynamics 365.
- Configure and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business applications/systems, leveraging tools such as Power Automate and Azure Integration Services.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, releases, and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions that drive business value.
Requirements
- 3 years' proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including but not limited to Customer Engagement (CRM), Finance and Operations (ERP), and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, modules, entities, workflows, security models, and customization capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and system testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate) preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript) for Dynamics 365 customization and development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development and project management.
- Experience with other CRM/ERP systems and enterprise applications is a plus.
