Functional Area: Front-End Development

We are seeking a front-end software engineer specializing in ReactJS to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be required to solve complex problems, write high-performant front-end React code to solve various business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• You will work closely with UI/UX, product management, and other backend development teams to create responsive, and interactive interfaces.
• You will be responsible for taking UI/UX designs and developing prototypes and validation rules for the end user to interact with the application.
• You will be required to demonstrate problem-solving & debugging skills.
• You must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and design solutions based on requirements and acceptance criteria provided in the story.
• You will be responsible for writing unit and integration tests to ensure good quality and scalable solutions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• 3+ years of ReactJS experience
• Proficient in Redux for state management
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility
• Proven experience in end-to-end design of at least two applications using responsive UI Frameworks like MUI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, React Bootstrap, or PrimeReact
• Able to translate Figma UI designs into functional ReactJS components
• Experienced in integrating REST APIs, with proficiency in RoR, Node JS, .NET, or Python Django
• Advantageous to have experience in developing data-driven front-end applications
• Skilled in optimizing applications for performance and scalability
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JEST, Angular, Vue-JS, or Next-JS is a plus
• Knowledge of DevOps tools for CI/CD, including JENKINS, is beneficial
• Proficient in using Git for code repositories
• Advantageous to have experience integrating third-party APIs for various functionalities
• Experience working with USA or European clients is beneficial
• Helpful to have experience collaborating with multi-vendor, multi-cultural, distributed offshore, and onshore development teams in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with any cloud platform and services (Azure, AWS, GCP) is advantageous
• Experience with payment gateway integration or streaming technology and platforms is a plus
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present suggestions and explain technical approaches.
