Senior Event Manager

Nextcloud is seeking a Senior Event Manager to help deliver exceptional event experiences that build visibility, drive engagement, and support global growth. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing events end-to-end, collaborating with the team lead to shape and scale the global event strategy, and aligning event goals and messaging with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event management, ideally within a global B2B or tech environment
• Proven success in organizing and executing international events across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple events simultaneously
• Creative mindset and eye for detail in crafting standout event experiences
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical abilities to measure impact and ROI of events
• Fluency in English is required; German or French is highly desirable, other languages are a plus
