Field Application Engineer - Italy / Iberia

Nethermind is a blockchain research and software engineering company looking for a Field Application Engineer to support customer demos, pilot deployments, technical troubleshooting, and partner-facing engineering work.

Requirements

• Experience in at least one of the following: Field application engineering, Field service engineering, Vending machine support, Payment terminal support, Retail automation, Kiosks, Industrial IoT, Hardware-plus-software deployment, Machine integration, Technical customer success for physical products
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems in front of customers
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfort with machines, devices, wiring, networking, logs, configuration, and field debugging
• English required
• Italian and/or Spanish strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently
