Netflix is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer (L4) to contribute to the Experimentation Platform (XP), a team focused on building the infrastructure for their experimentation tools. This role will involve building features in ABlaze, refining their internal APIs and data integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve user experience. The engineer will be instrumental in shaping how thousands of employees design, run, and interpret experiments.

Requirements

Strong foundation in full stack development with hands-on experience building production systems.
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
Experience building and consuming backend APIs (gRPC, GraphQL, REST)
Experience with data-driven decision-making and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills.
