Technical Director, Internal Game Studio (ISX1)

Netflix is seeking a Technical Director to lead technology and engineering efforts for a new, bespoke transmedia gaming experience built for the Netflix cloud-gaming platform. The role involves owning the technical strategy, building and inspiring a world-class engineering team, and ensuring seamless alignment with product, technology, and creative goals. This position is a key member of the studio leadership group.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing and launching high-fidelity games
• Hands-on experience with Unity (Unreal a plus)
• Deep technical expertise in game systems, architecture, and cloud technologies
• Experience supporting live service games
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills
