Netflix is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of the Infrastructure Platform, focusing on software development tools and experiences. The role involves designing intuitive tools to empower internal teams, with a focus on developer productivity, user experience, and technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design excellence and culture.

Requirements

10+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience)
Experience designing data analytics, business intelligence, developer tools, A/B testing tooling, platforms, or other technical products
Proven track record of leading design initiatives
Expert in design tools (Figma, etc.) and prototyping technologies
Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions
Leadership and Collaboration skills
Technical Understanding of Software Development/Data Processes
