Netflix is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for their Java application development platforms. This role focuses on optimizing developer experience, automating workflows, and improving the reliability and maintenance of high-quality software within the application development ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with strong communication skills, focused on collaborative development and scaling services with large development teams.

Requirements

8+ years of Product Management experience
Strong technical knowledge of application development fundamentals (JVM ecosystem, frameworks)
Strategic thinking and communication skills
Ability to influence engineering teams and stakeholders
Experience with build & test systems
Experience with dependency management
