Netflix is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to join its Workforce and Infrastructure Security (WISSE) leadership team. This role focuses on proactive security controls, driving strategy, and guiding execution for risk mitigation related to emerging security problems in the GenAI space. The role involves understanding the business context and threat landscape.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to significantly reduce risk and influence technical strategy.
Experience with GenAI security, including MCPs, agentic development, RAG, and orchestration.
Demonstrated technical breadth across multiple security domains (InfraSec, AppSec, CloudSec).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
