Netflix is seeking a Machine Learning Manager to lead a team focused on building and optimizing analytical insights, scalable machine learning pipelines, and LLM-powered solutions within the Content Enterprise DSE team. This role involves driving automation, building best practices, and delivering impactful metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights to support enterprise productivity. The team works across the full lifecycle of data projects.

Requirements

Multiple years of experience building and managing teams
Passion for leading multi-disciplinary teams
Experience with AI/LLM-powered solutions
Strong communication skills
PhD or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (preferred)
