Netflix is seeking a Distributed Systems Engineer (L4) to help evolve and innovate their infrastructure. This role involves building and operating a robust, scalable, and highly available distributed system, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features. The company is a leading entertainment service with over 300 million members across various countries and languages.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems features or applications
  • Proficiency in the design and development of RESTful web services
  • Experience in building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems
  • Experience in Java or other object-oriented programming languages
  • Multi-threading skills
  • BS in Computer Science or a related field
